If you find that you need to cancel an order, please call 1-888-995-7383 within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order is not cancelled within 24 hours of placing it, you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Order Status and Updates

Upon ordering an item via the web site, an email will be sent displaying the order number, order date, billing address, shipping address, product description, quantity, cost (including subtotal, tax, and shipping) and shipping method.

To track your order, visit our Order Tracking page or login to your account to gain access to your complete order history, including the date your order was processed, the date it shipped (or is expected to ship), by entering your email address or 10-digit phone number and the correct login password.
